DUOBAND in a nutshell

Duoband was founded in St. Petersburg in 2014 by Dmitriy Blinov and Renat Malikov - two chefs, who were seeking for a chance to make their dreams and ideas come true. That is how Duogastrobar, the first miniature gastrobar in the city, appeared. There was little room, just enough for a few small tables, that turned out to be always occupied, because Duo’s food, ideas and values found a great response in people

Since the very beginning we have been driven by the passion for work, gratitude, respect for our guests and close attention to the experience they get in DUO restaurants.
Years passed and a team of two became a team of hundreds of like-minded people working in seven Duoband restaurants. Growing bigger, however, did not make us bloat with importance and snobbism. Our values have not changed a bit: Duoband is still a company with a fair and simple approach to whatever we do

Our ideas attracted great people, who over the years have formed a wonderful team. These people are DUO’s heart and soul. The fact that each year more and more join us, proves us right: only happy and enthusiastic people are able to spread happiness. We found our way to do it - through modern food and friendly service

The restaurant was open in 2018 and became a new chapter in the DUO’s history. The concept is built around
the idea of conscious consumption. The menu features many dishes made of vegetables. Even more, every part of a vegetable is carefully used. Harvest became the first restaurant
in Russia where all garbage is recycled and this system soon was implemented in other DUO’s projects

It is in the name! DUO’s first restaurant and first gastrobar in St. Petersburg. This restaurant was a pioneer
in bringing original and high cuisine
to the public at an affordable price. Having fine wine and bar cards it has become one of the most popular places in the city

DUO’s second restaurant and a point of attraction for all those who like tartars. Open in 2015 at once TartarBar became a great place to get enogastronomic experience the city lacked. The menu features numerous tartars, ceviches and carpaccios

An Italian bistro by Duoband in New Holland, a popular public space in St. Petersburg. ‘Oggi’ is translated ‘today’ from Italian into English. It reflects the idea behind the place: a simple bistro with good everyday meal that does not bore or tire.

Récolte (fr. “harvest”) is Harvest’s younger brother, is located above
the latter on the second floor of the same building. The name reflects
the team’s thorough and meticulous approach to every detail. The menu features refined dishes, the wine card is considered to be one of the best
in the city
